Had another good day, both in terms of diet, and in terms of company! Loved spending time with friends old and new! (one of my best friends, who happens to be a girl, got married. This weekend we spent the first significant amount of time with her new husband – and he’s brilliant! So it was a good weekend!)

Day 94

Best not to ask about today. It’s disappointing that I can have such a bad day so near the end. But, I’m not going to let it get me down. (the trouble was that I actually had a good day! Such not a good day for the diet!)

Week Summary

Weight: 14st 2lb
Weight lost this week: 4lb
Total weight lost: 2st 5lb

Well it’s been one heck of a 100 days. There have been good times and bad times, but I feel like I’ve actually achieved something. I’m now going to enjoy my holiday. But when I get back, I’m going to keep exercising. I may even enter a proper race, just so I’ve got something to motivate me!

Thanks for those who have supported me over these 100 days. And for those who have been motivated to try themselves, keep going … I’m cheering you on!

  1. Winston Scott says:

Well done David very proud of you. It is hard but the reward from it is so good, not only for your body but your mind. You start to see you can do so many other things when you just put your mind to it with a bit of hard work. Well done again, God bless.
