For some reason I was really tired today and the running was really tough going. It weird that there are good days and bad days, but that’s the way it is.

Another tough day today. I was really, really tired and struggled to do my exercise. But I’m now three-quarters of the way through – the end is in sight!

Today was the hardest day so far. I really didn’t feel like I could run another moment. I hate the fact there are days like that, it’s so strange. Hoping tomorrow is better.

Today I was back on track, ran the furthest I’ve run yet, and felt really positive afterwards.

For some reason, this week has been really tough. By this stage I realise that there are good weeks and bad weeks. So I’m not going to let it get me down. Next week will probably also not start well (I’m going out for dinner with a friend and then going to a beer festival! So I suspect that will be a bad day! I’ve also got dinner with a friend on Sunday). On the plus side, I’m fitting in clothes I haven’t worn for years!!
