Weight: 14st 11lb
Weight lost this week: 3lb
Total weight lost: 1st 10lb

Overall it’s been a positive week. I’ve keep up the exercise and kept my eating under control. Wish me luck!

P.S. Carole has had a bit of set back having hurt her ankle running.  She’s now been walking with a limp for a week.  So she hasn’t been able to exercise.
