It was daughters birthday party today, so it was very hard to stick to diet as I was surrounded by party food and birthday cake! Tried my best!

Today I had an early morning, then people came for dinner. So dragging myself out for a late run was NOT fun. But sore throat finally seems to be gone and exercise seem a little easier again.

Another day when squeezing in the exercise was difficult. That is by far the hardest thing in this 100 days – making time for exercise. Most days it is the last thing in the world I want to day, and also feels like it’s stopping me from doing things I need to do. Still, in the long run it does need to be done!

Don’t seem to be loosing much weight this week. But I’m still going.

I don’t want to sound typically British. I do like the warm weather … but it made the exercise so much harder! So I was less productive than normal
Well … here’s the thing … I’m having a holiday, my first proper holiday since I started my new job in September. The whole idea of the 100 days is that I develop something sustainable, that will help me stay fit and healthy in the long-term. So I’m allowed holidays.
During the holiday I have only one aim – don’t put weight back on!

It has been harder this week, as I don’t seem to be losing the weight as quickly. But, I am proud I’ve kept going.
